Barbie may be turning 60 this year but luckily she never looks any older. I suppose there is no need for plastic surgery, when you are completely made of plastic. Her 60 year old self seems to be very environmentally conscious.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is the latest offering in a line of Barbie career dolls. Each one wears the clothes associated with their trade and include appropriate accessories for play. You can get the Dentist Barbie<\/a>, Doctor Barbie<\/a>, Farmer Barbie<\/a>, Veterinarian Barbie<\/a> and now, Beekeeper Barbie<\/a> which is our new favorite.\u00a0<\/span>There are two versions of this particular Barbie African-American and Caucasian.<\/span><\/p>\n

As far as attire, Barbie is sporting a pair of brown boots, blue pants, and her a lovely white jacket nicely decorated with bees.<\/span><\/p>\n

To protect her body from bee stings, she wears a pair of white gloves and the required safety gear of any beekeeper a hat with a net veil.\u00a0Only Beekeeper Barbie can make an extra layer of protective gear look fashionable. <\/span><\/p>\n

There are some nice accessories with this set. It comes with a colorful stand that includes a blue spinning beehive. There is a computer monitor and two honey bear jars. There is also a honeycomb that slides in an out. <\/span><\/p>\n

Of course as you would hope, there are some bees as well which can be stored in the beehive’s sliding drawer. The bees can be used to pollinate some beautiful orange and red flowers that they can attached to with their pegged bodies.<\/span><\/p>\n
