Original Tiny Hands Challenge Game

Tiny Hands began with a comedy sketch on SNL. It showcased the Maharelle Sisters from the Finger Lakes appearing on The Lawrence Welk Show. Three of the singing sisters were attractive but the fourth, Dooneese, had some decidedly strange features, the oddest being her tiny doll-sized hands. The audience found her tiny hands hilarious and this became the inspiration behind The Original Tiny Hands Challenge Game, another fun product of Moose Toys.

How to Play

The first thing that will catch your eye upon opening the box will be the tiny hands, 1 pair of Tiny Hands and 1 pair of Tinier Hands. After you stop laughing (which may take a while) you will also find a spinner, 20 scoring tokens, 3 sets of activity cards, a one minute timer, a small hard plastic ball, a shoelace, a wager mat and instructions.

This is a multiple player game, so you will need to begin by dividing into 2 teams that complete challenges and place wagers. You set up the wager mat and the 3 decks of cards. Then set out the hands, spinner, string, ball and timer. You play rock, paper, scissors to see who goes first. Each team must complete a team challenge, solo challenge, or round of charades using the tiny hands, tinier hands, or both of them. Use the spinner to see which activity card you will draw and which size hands you will need to use to complete the task, tiny or tinier. Some of the activities will require common household items such as paper, pens, coins and cups. These items should be readily available for game play as well.

The game is actually pretty fun to play. Basically, you split up in teams

How to Win the Game

The first team to reach a total of 31 points has won. Once players have read their challenge card, it is up to them to decide how much they would like to wager and then move forward to complete the given task. If the team is successful, the next team can do the same challenge if they feel they can complete the card and wager the same amount or a greater amount.

The game comes with a timer and a shoestring. Occasionally, it will require household items like a pen or a cup. This game is labeled for children ages 8 and up, but I know many adults that love it.

Conclusion

This is a multiple player game. The minimum is 4 players with a maximum of 10 players. The Original Tiny Hands Challenge Game recommended age is 8 and up. I honestly believe that even adults will enjoy playing this hilarious game.
