Lego Brick Headz Go Brick Me
There is a fun new addition to the Lego Brick Headz line called “Go Brick Me.” As the name suggests, you will be using this new set to create a figure of yourself, kind of like a Lego “selfie”.
What is Lego Brick Headz Go Brick Me?
Lego Brick Heads is different from the others in the line, because you’re not building a specific television character. Instead, you will basically be constructing yourself (or anyone else you feel like putting together).
Whether you or whoever else is blonde, a red-head, light or dark skinned, this set has everything you will need in order to recreate yourself.
Go Brick Me comes with instructions for three models, and you can either use those instructions to put those models together, or you can jump right in and start constructing yourself.
Total Pieces
Go Brick Me is a set containing a generous 708 pieces. The pieces come in seven numbered bags. I really like how Lego bags their pieces, because that way you can easily organized as you build yourself. In the first bag, you have what you need to build the basic white figure that is shown on the box, along with some accessories. All the other parts can be found separated into the remaining six bags.
Building
If you have never worked with BrickHeads before, I suggest that you follow the instructions that come with the set so that you can get the hang of it before you start building your own. There are actually enough parts to start on another figure, as well as the blank one, which I think is a good idea.
The focus of the BrickHeadz are the heads and the hair which can be customized in a variety of ways. Want a faux hawk? No problem. You can add glasses and other accessories such as microphone, camera, guitar, surfboard, wand, book, cup, suitcase, and trophy. Pick whatever interests you and build away.
Conclusion
I think Lego did a great job with Go Brick Me. The price of the set, is very reasonable considering the amount of parts that come with it. There’s definitely more than enough here so that you can easily create yourself or a friend with no trouble.
